Next, it’s time to hit the market, and we’re going all out. I bring in professional photographers to capture your home in its best light, creating stunning visuals that tell your home’s story. These aren’t just any photos; they’re high-quality images and videos that make buyers stop and take notice. Then, I pump those visuals across all the top marketing channels—think social media, Google, YouTube, and more—boosting visibility and getting your property in front of the right eyes, fast.

But we don’t stop there! I take it a step further with some old-school hustle—door knocking, reverse prospecting and open houses. I personally connect with local neighbors, asking for their thoughts or if they know anyone looking to move into the neighborhood. It’s amazing how many leads come from these personal interactions! After we contact all the neighbors, we hit the phones and dial all agents with your property hitting their search criteria. We get the listing back in front of all the agents representing buyer in your market. Finally we are working the weekends. Open houses are a key part of my strategy, giving potential buyers a firsthand experience of your home, while I actively engage with attendees to build interest and urgency. Old tried and true grind to get the perfect buyer through the door.



Finally, we move into the closing stage, where my team and I tie everything together. We handle the details and guide you seamlessly from offer to the closing table, ensuring that the process is as smooth and stress-free as possible.
