Littleton, located southwest of Denver has a lot to offer for anyone looking to move to this wonderful city. Situated right along the "hogback", the first row of mountains along the city, you can find lovely homes, great neighborhoods, shopping, dinning and anything one might be looking for in a place to live. Littleton has a lot to offer for all lifestyles. Great school districts, outdoors, and jobs in all industries. Only 20 minutes away from downtown Denver, Littleton can cater to any life style.
Highlands Ranch
Highlands Ranch has a lot to love! A dense city with parks, neighborhoods, shopping and all the restaurants you could ever want or need. Highlands Ranch is a growing suburb with homes built in the 90's and still building to this day. The neighborhoods have lots of parks, open space, walking trails, and community centers. About 30 minutes south of the city its a an easy commute to any of the Denver areas. Great schools, easy commute and lots of activities for anyone, is what makes this a ton suburb in Denver Colorado.
Lakewood
Lakewood holds dear to my heart. This is where my wife and I purchased our first single family home and ended up living in the communtiy for 10 years! Lakewood is about 10 minutes west of Denver. It offers a diverse setting of home size and value. Lakewood neighborhoods boast beautiful fully developed landscaping, great schools, diverse local shops and restaurants and one of the closest cities for escaping to the mountains. Perfect area for the fixer upper first time home buyer, all the way to multi million dollar homes! Look around and your sure to find a perfect home!
Boulder
Many come to Boulder Colorado to attend one of the best Universities in the country. A few years in the class room can lead to forever homes in this awesome suburb. Its easy to fall in love with area and everything it offers. Things like extreme outdoor activities, local markets, and fine living are what make Boulder, Boulder. If you like the outdoors, this is a much see community.
Centennial
Looking to make Denver your home? Come check out the Centennial area. Top school districts, lots of open space, and top employers draw a lot of people to the area. The Denver tech center is very near by making commutes to work very easy and manageable. Downtown is also only 20 minutes away for all your city activities. Catch a Nuggets game and zip home to the wide open neighborhoods of Centennial.
